Our business workshops and team building sessions are all held outdoors, with a focus on wellbeing, nature connection, playfulness, creativity and climate justice.

Film by Jonathan Doyle Media

Sessions currently available to book are:

  • Wellbeing in a climate emergency - how to manage the complex emotions associated with the climate and biodiversity crisis. This session has been carefully designed to support staff to work together, inspiring a collective approach to the climate emergency, with wellbeing at the core.

We will share ideas that build resilience and create a sense of calm, while taking part in creative, fun and thought-provoking outdoor activities. There will be space and time to enjoy seasonal foraged tea, sky gaze and share inspiration with each other.

  • Woodland Wellbeing - an immersive forest experience that includes hammocks, foraging, natural arts & crafts and fireside storytelling.

  • Playground Mentality - taking our need to play more seriously. The climate crisis is serious business, so is there room for playfulness in a crisis?

Taking a playful stance is powerful for businesses looking to both scale meaningful climate action and leave staff feeling renewed and cared for. Taking a lighter approach to climate work engages a wider audience, cultivates a sense of well-being and builds personal resilience. It deepens our connection with ourselves, others and the natural world; and sparks our ability to imagine creative solutions and create the thriving, regenerative world we all want.

  • Forest Circus - combines bushcraft and circus skills - to create the perfect team day out!

All profits generated from our team building sessions are used to subsidise our creative climate engagement programme - Positive Imaginings -  in low income communities across Scotland.

I would definitely recommend the ‘Wellbeing in a Climate Emergency’ session with Rowanbank to anyone working in the environmental sector. Lucy and Arran were fantastic facilitators, allowing colleagues to reflect on the impact of climate change and the frustrations & anxieties that come with working in an environmental/climate adjacent space. The session was packed with lots of thought-provoking stories, activities and opportunities to connect with like-minded folk. I think a lot of us came away feeling very inspired and rejuvenated!
